Please be advised that Beecher Water bares no responsibility for any payments made electronically. It is the customer’s responsibility to make sure any and all payments are processed correctly. If a payment is processed and is later declined, rejected, or reversed, causing the account to become delinquent, Beecher water holds no responsibility as it's the customer's bank that is rejecting the payment. If an account is set up for auto pay and the payment for the bill is not taken out for any reason, Beecher Water bares no responsibility, as it is the responsibility of the customer to make sure the payment has been applied to the account.
Please Note:
If a payment is made after the original due date, it is the responsibility of the customer to call and let the office know. In addition, if a payment is made, during or after office hours, after services have been turned off, customers must call the office to schedule an appointment to have the services restored. Keep in mind that appointments are scheduled on a first come first serve basis and will be scheduled at the next availability (this may not be the same day). If same day availability is available there is a $10.00 back on same day fee that the account will incur.
