Customer Repsonsibility: Customers must ensure all electronic and autopay payments process successfully. Beecher Water is not liable for transaction errors.
Bank Declines: The account holder is responsible for any deliquency caused by a bank declining, rejecting, or reversing a payment.
Service Restoration: If your water service has been shut off, you must call our office to schedule a water turn on appointment. Online payments will not automatically restore service.
Scheduling and Fees: Reconnection appointments are scheduled on a first-come, first-served basis. If a same day appointment is requested and available, a $10.00 fee will be added to your account.
