Deposit Requirements and Fees


 Now accepting credit card payments - $3.00 processing fee applies.

Deposit Requirements                                            

Homeowners & Tenants       $150.00                       

Commercial – Based on Meter Size                                   

 

Non-refundable $10.00 service fee applies to all new accounts.

 

An annual Affidavit Filing Fee of $36.00 is required for all landlords requesting Affidavit of Non-responsibility. 

 

Service Fees

$15.00 - Monthly turn off fee is assessed 35 days after date of billing (water does not have to be physically turned off for fee to be charged)

$50.00 – Quarterly turn off fee is assessed 35 days after date of billing (water does not have to be physically turned off for fee to be charged)

$10.00 – Additional fee to restore water on same day as turn off

 

 

Additional Charges/Service Fees

$65.00 - Stolen or missing meter (plastic meter)

$175.00 - Stolen or missing meter (radio read meter)

$45.00 – Meter damage (plastic meter)

$175.00 – Radio read remote damage

$20.00 - Missed valve replacement appointments

$25.00 - Service Fee (3rd Time Out) 

$25.00 - Inspection Fee

 


Account Information

The service fees are non-refundable. The deposits are applied to the final bill and refunded if there is a credit balance remaining on the account.  A refund of the deposit can only occur once the meter is pulled from the home or a new deposit is made on the account.  In order to terminate services customer must provide proof of identification as the account holder and sign turnoff paperwork.   If the water is not disconnected the account will continue to be charged for the water/sewer service.
